Grown at 500 meters in the cool, misty hills of Haruno-cho by third-generation tea farmer Mitsuo Sakamoto, this Koshun Sencha is made from the first spring harvest using the rare Koshun cultivar. Lightly steamed and wilted, the leaves develop an aromatic profile that brings out the tea’s natural floral and fruity complexity.
